• Prenatal Visits – Heart-to-heart conversations where we explore your hopes, talk through your questions, and practice comfort measures that bring ease to your body and mind. 

• Continuous Labor Support – When labor begins, I am there for the long haul. I bring my grounded presence, years of study, and an intentional focus on you and your desires. Advocacy. Reasurance. 

• Immediate Postpartum Care – Gentle support in those tender first hours, making space for rest, bonding, and breastfeeding.

• Postpartum Visit – A warm check-in at home, where we reflect on your birth, tend to your healing, and make sure you feel supported as you step into new rhythms.
